I.What is KL-301GABC?
KL-301GABC is a three-component addition-curing liquid silicone rubber specifically designed for thermosetting bonding between silicone rubbers. After curing, the adhesive layer is flexible and can adapt to certain deformations. And it is food grade.
II.What are its characteristics?
•Rapid curing upon heating (1-2 minutes at 170℃).
•Colorless and transparent after curing, with high bond strength (tensile strength up to 7.0 MPa).
III.What materials is this glue mainly used to bond?
• Bonding of joints for silicone tubing, silicone strips, and silicone rings.
• Splicing of silicone foam sheets.

IV.What is the mixing ratio for use?
The mixture must be strictly mixed according to the weight ratio of A:B:C = 10:10:1, and thoroughly stirred until homogeneous. Component C is the catalyst; deviation from this ratio will severely affect the curing effect.
V.How exactly do I do this? What are the curing conditions?
Recommended procedure:
•Weigh components A, B, and C according to the specified ratio and mix thoroughly.
•Degas under vacuum to remove any air bubbles introduced during mixing.
•Apply the adhesive to the clean silicone bonding surfaces.
•Press the pieces together firmly and heat at 170℃~180℃ for 5~30 seconds to complete curing (the exact time depends on the workpiece thickness and mold temperature).
