KANGLIBANG appears at the 2023 Shenzhen International Film and Tape Exhibition
FILM&TAPE EXPO 2023 is currently being held at the Shenzhen International Convention and Exhibition Center (Bao'an New Hall) from October 11th to 13th, and Kanglibang is invited to participate in this exhibition. Organic silicon series pressure sensitive adhesive series:
Firstly, silicone optical adhesive OCR can partially replace traditional acrylic OCA due to its superior weather resistance such as high and low temperature resistance.
Secondly, low-temperature curing silicone pressure sensitive adhesive is matched with this silicone pressure sensitive adhesive for materials that achieve curing requirements within 80 ℃.
Thirdly, direct application of silicone specific silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive is a traditional process that replaces silicone rubber back adhesive, replacing pre coated back adhesive treatment agent and double-sided adhesive bonding, achieving direct adhesion to silicone rubber and achieving the effect of breaking the cohesion of silicone rubber. It is widely used in fields such as new energy battery partitions and wireless charging.
Fourthly, high initial adhesion and high peel strength silicone pressure sensitive adhesive has certain superior performance in replacing traditional BPO system silicone pressure sensitive adhesive.
Non silicone adhesive series:
We have launched 5 products in our non silicone adhesive series this time. Silicone has many superior characteristics such as high and low temperature resistance, fast exhaust, easy tearing, electrical properties, and biological inertness. However, its biggest defect is the precipitation of small molecule silicon. In response to this defect, we have modified and developed modified direct coating hot melt adhesive, modified polyurethane flame retardant adhesive, 1500 gram water-based acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive UV curing modified silicone, potting adhesive, and three proofing adhesive.
