Silicone adhesives that can be screen-printed are mainly used in two main scenarios: one is to directly print silicone onto the surface of a product using a screen (such as textile printing and anti-slip coatings), and the other is to use them as adhesives to bond silicone to other materials using screen printing (such as silicone to PC, metal, etc.).
Scenario A: Screen Printing Silicone Paste (for Printing/Coating)
Applications: Printing 3D silicone patterns (logos, anti-slip dots, decorative patterns) on surfaces such as clothing, webbing, phone cases, and leather.
Features: Environmentally friendly, good feel, can be overprinted, strong 3D effect, does not clog the screen.
Scenario B: Screen Printing Silicone Adhesive (for Bonding)
Applications: Bonding silicone (such as liquid silicone, silicone rubber buttons) to hard materials such as PC, metal, glass, and nylon.
Features: Specifically designed for screen printing, precise positioning, no overflow, strong adhesion (no peeling in cross-cut adhesion test).
