1. PUR Hot Melt Adhesive (Recommended First Choice)
Applications: Primarily used for bonding materials such as aluminum, ABS, PC, and glass. Widely used in the automotive, electronics, and furniture industries.

Advantages:
High Bonding Strength: Forms a tough elastomer after curing with excellent impact and shear resistance.

Strong Stability: Outstanding weather resistance, water resistance, high temperature resistance (up to 120℃), and UV resistance.

Easy Repair: Can be peeled off by heating to the softening point (approximately 80℃) without damaging the polarizer or screen.

Advantages: Offers advantages such as fast positioning, strong adhesion, and wide application range.

Example: PUR hot melt adhesive is commonly used for bonding laptop touchscreens, ensuring a thin yet strong bezel.

2. Two-Component Acrylic Structural Adhesive (High-Strength Alternative)
Applications: Bonding components such as back covers, cover plates, and batteries.

Advantages:
Fast Curing Speed: Initial bonding within minutes at room temperature, fully cured in 24 hours.

High impact resistance: Strong adhesion to PC, metal, and other substrates; withstands drop tests.

Excellent weather resistance: Adapts to temperature differences from -40℃ to 150℃; does not peel off after long-term use.

Note: Must be mixed according to the specified ratio; precise operation is required; suitable for mass production in factories.

3. OCA Optical Adhesive (For Full Lamination)

Applicable Scenarios: Seamless bonding of screens and touchscreens (e.g., mobile phones, tablets).

Advantages:
High transparency: Light transmittance ≥95%, reduces light reflection, and improves display effect.

High durability: Does not yellow or peel off; excellent water resistance and high-temperature resistance.

Easy rework: Residual adhesive is easy to remove during peeling without damaging the screen.

Limitations: Requires specialized equipment for bonding; higher cost; suitable for high-end display devices.

4. Supplementary Solutions for Special Scenarios
Instant adhesive (e.g., Kanglibang brand): Suitable for temporary fixing of small parts, but has poor weather resistance and is prone to peeling off after long-term use.

UV adhesive: Cures under light, suitable for bonding transparent shells, but requires light-transmitting application and lacks elasticity.

AB adhesive (epoxy adhesive): High strength and chemical resistance, but long curing time, suitable for parts that are not frequently disassembled.

Selection Recommendations: Prioritize PUR hot melt adhesive: Balances strength, stability, and ease of repair, suitable for mainstream computer screen bonding.

Recognize reputable brand-name adhesives: Kanglibang adhesives meet your needs.

For high-end displays, choose OCA optical adhesive: Improves display quality, but is more expensive.

Avoid instant adhesives/AB adhesives: Prone to peeling or screen damage with long-term use.
