Example of imitation leather
Step 1, KL-2050AB coating fabric, addition type liquid silicone rubber composite base material. For coating fabric, take materials according to the ratio of AB two components 1:1, mix evenly (use up within 24 hours), vacuum decompress and degas the mixed colloid, and then apply it on the fabric, heat at 150°C for 5-10 minutes, and cure it with the fabric into a silicone elastomer base material
Step 2, imitation leather surface. KL-2080AB is coated with PP release paper silicone rubber imitation leather surface to shape.
Take the materials in the ratio of AB two components 1:1, mix them evenly (use them up within 24 hours), vacuum decompress and degas the mixed colloid, then apply it on the PP release paper with specific texture, and transfer it to the roll material that has been coated with KL 2050AB.
Step 3, forming silicone simulation leather. The surface of the simulation leather is attached to the base material. Before step 2 is cured, it is attached to the cured base material in step 1. After heating at 150° C for 5-10 minutes, the simulation leather is formed.
