What kind of adhesive can bond silicone pacifiers? For bonding silicone pacifiers, we recommend using the highly transparent silicone adhesive KN-300X. This adhesive has a high environmental protection rating (medical grade) and the bonded silicone meets FDA standards.

Bonding liquid silicone pacifiers is a simple 4-step process:
1. Clean the surfaces to be bonded; 2. Apply the adhesive to the substrate; 3. Apply pressure at room temperature; 4. The adhesive is surface-dry in 0.5 hours and fully cured in 24 hours (results can be checked after 12 hours). Using a jig will improve bonding efficiency.
Note: Do not move the bonded parts before the adhesive is fully cured, otherwise misalignment may result in defective products.
