For bonding TPU materials, there are many adhesives available. The following types can be selected based on specific needs:
**601 Quick-drying Adhesive for Molding Silicone to PP**
Bonding Process: Suitable for self-bonding or bonding between metals, silicone rubber, and various plastics (such as ABS, PC, TPU, etc.);
Adhesive Characteristics: 601 is a single-component, high-strength instant adhesive with easy operation, excellent high bond strength, and rapid curing under pressure;
Common Applications: Widely used in P+R processes for mobile phones when used with K770 series treatment agents or CL-25 treatment agents;
Curing Method: Rapid curing at room temperature;
**TPU-Specific Adhesives (such as Conliban TPU-Specific Adhesive)**
Developed for soft TPR and soft TPU materials, offering high bond strength while retaining the elastic properties of TPU. Suitable for bonding soft TPU films and elastic components, such as shoe materials and seals.
General-purpose plastic adhesives (such as TPU adhesives) are developed for soft PVC, EVA, ABS, and other materials, and are also suitable for self-adhesion and bonding of PU, TPU, rubber, and fabric materials. They are easy to use, provide quick positioning, and offer high bonding strength, making them suitable for TPU bonding scenarios involving multiple materials.
