What glue can stick to silicone pacifiers?
19 Sep 2025
Pacifiers are made of a variety of materials, including latex, silicone, and liquid silicone. With the improvement of living standards, liquid silicone pacifiers are currently the most popular on the market. These pacifiers are non-toxic, odorless, and highly transparent.
For silicone pacifiers, we recommend using highly transparent silicone glue KN-300X, which is medical-grade and FDA-approved for bonding silicone.
Kanglibang's silicone glue for silicone pacifiers uses imported German Wacker raw materials. It is FDA-rated, highly transparent, odorless, and highly flexible.
How to bond a liquid silicone pacifier in just four steps:
1. Clean the substrate to be bonded; 2. Apply glue to the substrate; 3. Apply pressure at room temperature to bond; 4. Allow the glue to dry for 0.5 hours and fully cure for 24 hours (check results after 12 hours). Using a tool for even greater bonding efficiency.
Be careful not to move the adhesive until it is fully cured, as this will cause misalignment and result in defective products.
