To bond silicone to fabric or leather, you need a glue that offers high bond strength and meets environmental standards. Next, let's take a look at Kanglibang's line of adhesives for both fabric and leather (both room temperature and hot-vulcanization processes).
For bonding pre-formed silicone to fabric, use KN-300. It takes half an hour for the surface to dry, but a full day to fully cure. Liquid silicone fabric adhesive CL-26AB-1, typically at around 100°C, is suitable for hot-vulcanizing silicone to bond nylon fabric, Velcro, and other materials. For silicone trademarks, use KL-3636AB, a heat transfer adhesive, to bond pre-formed silicone logos and nameplates to clothing and fabric. It can be used with TPU hot-melt adhesive film, or the new process can be used alone.
