Room temperature bonding, hot vulcanization bonding, and self-adhesive liquid silicone are all available.
Room temperature bonding is available in two types: quick-drying and slow-drying adhesives. A combination of treatment agent and quick-drying adhesive offers a fast cure time. Simply press the treated silicone and the adhesive-coated material together for 5-10 seconds to see the effect, and the bond is strong. Slow-drying adhesive KN-300 is heat-resistant and waterproof. Its simple, three-step application method (clean the surface, apply adhesive, and apply pressure) is recommended. However, it cures more slowly, requiring a full 24 hours.
Hot vulcanization adhesives include high-temperature hot vulcanization adhesive CL-24S and low-temperature platinum vulcanization adhesive CL-26. They offer strong adhesion, excellent stability, and no blistering.
