There are many high-temperature-resistant silicone adhesives, such as the CL-24 series. These adhesives are commonly used in applications such as silicone clapping tables, silicone cutlery bonding, silicone-coated metal rollers, silicone-coated stainless steel accessories, and silicone-coated stainless steel kitchenware. They bond silicone spatulas, spoons, and cutlery without bubbling or debonding even in boiling cooking oil.
Other types of silicone adhesives include the KN-300 series slow-drying adhesives and the KL-301 series high-temperature silicone adhesives.
KN-300, a common RTV silicone adhesive, is often used for bonding silicone sheets and pads. It is also used in applications such as camera lenses, silicone cutlery, swimming goggles, medical products, and food-grade products. Examples include silicone-handled spatulas and spoons, baby pacifiers, feeding bottles, and medical breathing tubes. This silicone adhesive is FDA-approved. KL-301 is mostly used for bonding silicone strips, silicone tubes and other materials. It is usually used in the insulation, waterproofing and sealing of various electronic components, such as cameras, induction cookers, soy milk machines, electric comforters and other products.
