Silicone treatment agent + instant glue

Silicone treatment agent improves the surface polarity of silicone rubber material and increases the viscosity of silicone. Treat the silicone surface and use it with quick-drying glue to ensure a strong bond. Instructions:
1: If the silicone rubber mold surface was sprayed with release agent or the new mold surface has rust-proof oil, clean any oil stains on the silicone rubber surface with toluene.
2: If the silicone rubber is not fully cured, the surface may be affected by low-molecular weight substances, resulting in poor adhesion during subsequent bonding. A secondary curing process at 180°C for 45 minutes can be used to fully cure the silicone.
3: If the plastic key surface was sprayed with ink, ink splashes on the back will result in poor adhesion. Therefore, wipe with alcohol or acetone before bonding to the silicone rubber.
4: Apply K770 treatment agent (primer) to the silicone rubber bonding surface and let it sit for 5 minutes.
5: Apply a small amount of instant adhesive (such as 406/603/490/601) to the primed silicone rubber surface and bond it to the other substrate, pressing firmly. (Do not apply too much adhesive, as this will affect the bonding effect.) 6: It will stick together after a few minutes, and the practical strength will reach its highest point after 24 hours.

Precautions for using silicone primer:

1: K770 primer is highly volatile and must be stored in a cool, dry place. Immediately seal the container after use.

2: The primer brush and work surface should be frequently wiped clean with a rag soaked in white spirit and kept clean at all times.

3: Wear gloves when working with primer. Do not touch the silicone rubber after primer application. Use within 6 hours.

4: K770 primer is irritating. Ensure adequate ventilation when using it, especially to prevent splashing into the eyes. If splashing into the eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical attention.

Precautions for using instant glue:

1: In rainy and humid conditions, the drying time after applying the primer and after applying the glue will be relatively long.

2. After applying instant glue, store it in a well-ventilated environment to minimize whitening.

3: Instant glue sets quickly, so avoid contact with skin or clothing during operation. Ensure adequate ventilation when using it. 4. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. If accidentally exposed to water, immediately rinse with plenty of water and seek medical attention.
5. If glue spills occur during use, use glue remover T02 to clean.
