How to Use CL-24S-3 Silicone Hot Vulcanizing Agent:

1. Surface Preparation: Degrease the substrate by mechanical sandblasting or sandpapering.

2. Gluing: Apply the adhesive to the treated surface by brushing, dipping, or spraying.

3. Drying: Dry at room temperature for at least 30 minutes, or bake at 110-130°C for 5-15 minutes.

4. Storage: Bonding should be completed as soon as possible after application, preferably on the same day. Avoid contamination and exposure to high temperatures and humidity.

5. Curing: One-stage curing is suitable for a di-pentadiene vulcanization system. Two-stage curing should not exceed 200°C.

CL-24S-3 Silicone Primer Precautions:

1. This product is a solvent-based adhesive and is volatile. It must be stored sealed in a cool, dry place.

2. It is recommended to store used and unused adhesive separately to extend the shelf life.

3. After applying the adhesive, allow the adhesive to evaporate completely before bonding. Otherwise, bubbling may occur.

4. During the bonding process, the substrate must be clean. Dirt or oil stains may cause non-adhesion.

5. If this product accidentally gets into eyes, please rinse immediately with clean water. Do not consume this product.

Storage environment and time: Unopened, store in a dry place away from light and heat at 20℃-25℃, the service life is 3 months.
