1. When bonding at room temperature, aluminum alloy and silicone can use KN-300H\KN-300B, two RTV silicone glues, which can be cured at room temperature for 24 hours to achieve complete curing.
2. For bonding at room temperature, you can also use 601/603 and other quick-drying glues. Because of the metal and silicone materials, quick-drying glue needs to be used with K770 silicone treatment agent. The bonding is very strong and the curing is completed instantly.
3. For high-temperature hot vulcanization bonding, the CL-24S series has many suitable models, such as CL-24S-2D\CL-24S-2P, etc., soak or evenly apply stainless steel, dry at high temperature, and then vulcanize and mold it in the mold with the unformed silicone.
