Silicone conductive coating
19 Aug 2025
It offers stable resistance, excellent adhesion, wear resistance, a glossy appearance, and tear resistance. It is specifically designed for silicone cable accessories such as silicone plug connectors, intermediate components, and lightning arresters. Its resistance (measurement point spacing = 10mm) ranges from 15kΩ to 20kΩ.

1. Mixing Ratio: Group A Paint: Group B Catalyst: Aviation Kerosene = 100:2:250
2. Stir thoroughly before use. Filter through a 200-300 mesh filter before use. Allow to stand for 30 minutes after spraying before adding sulfur.
3. The effective working life of the mixed conductive paint is 8 hours.
4. When using conductive paint, maintain a room temperature of approximately 22°C and a constant temperature and humidity.
5. During continuous spraying, reflow the spray gun every 15 minutes (or stir promptly) to ensure uniform mixing of the conductive paint in the barrel and prevent uneven resistance in the sprayed product.
6. When spraying silicone cable accessories, due to the varying shapes of these accessories, it is recommended to use a suspended automatic spraying system, or a two-pass spraying method (i.e., spraying 1-2 coats or spraying 8 or more surfaces, followed by a bake-vulcanization process, and then spraying 8 or more surfaces a second time for curing with vulcanization).
7. The above data is for reference only.
Vulcanization Conditions for Silicone Conductive Coating PD-0403SD:
Vertical Oven: 140°C - 30 minutes
IR Conveyor Belt: 150°C - 20 minutes.
Precautions for Silicone Conductive Coating PD-0403SD:
1. Conductive paint contains volatile solvents. When using, ensure proper ventilation and keep away from flames and high temperatures.
2. Avoid prolonged contact with skin. If inhaled, rinse immediately with soap after contact with skin.
3. Maintain a suitable spraying environment. It is recommended that the operating room be dust-free, with a temperature of 15-45°C and a humidity of 15-80%. Excessive dust can increase product defects. Low temperatures can lead to poor leveling and reduced adhesion. High humidity can cause craters in the coating. Low humidity can create static electricity safety hazards and cause whitening.
Silicone Conductive Paint PD-0403SD Storage Conditions: The shelf life is 6 months at room temperature without added catalyst. Precipitation is normal. Stir vigorously before spraying.
