Silicone and aluminum high temperature bonding glue CL-24C

This product is used for the vulcanization and molding of unmolded silicone and metal silicone (silicone to stainless steel, silicone to iron, silicone to aluminum, silicone to copper, silicone to hardware) in the mold.
Features:
1. It has good bonding effect on a variety of silicone rubber compounds, including those that require or do not require two-stage vulcanization.
2. Single component, single coating, simple process.
2. CL-24C bonding parts are resistant to water, salt spray, chemicals, grease, solvents and other harsh environments.

Storage period: 8 months in unopened container (25℃)
Process:
1. Surface treatment: Degrease the metal after mechanical sandblasting or sandpaper polishing, or treat with toluene.
2. Glue application: Apply CL-24C on the surface of metal or other hard materials by brushing, dipping or spraying.
3. Drying: Dry at room temperature for at least 30 minutes, or dry at a medium temperature below 80℃ for 5~15 minutes.
4. Storage: Bonding should be done as soon as possible after gluing, preferably on the same day. If pollution and contact with high temperature and humid air are avoided, it can be stored for no more than 5 days.
5. Vulcanization: The first stage vulcanization depends on the vulcanization conditions of the rubber material, and the second stage vulcanization should not exceed 200℃.
Precautions:
1. Store in a dry and cool place, away from heat sources and open flames.
2. Solvents are volatile, please cover the container tightly after use.
3. Solvent vapor is harmful, and the workplace should be fireproof and ventilated to prevent long-term inhalation or long-term skin contact.
4. If there is a little turbidity, it does not affect the effect.
