601 is a single-liquid high-strength instant glue (commonly known as quick-drying glue), suitable for self-adhesion or mutual adhesion of metals, silicone rubber and various plastics (such as ABS, PC, TPU, etc.). This glue has the characteristics of easy operation, excellent high bonding strength and rapid curing after pressurization. It can be widely used in mobile phone P+R process when used in combination with K770 series treatment agent or CL-25 treatment agent.
Physical properties of instant glue, quick-drying glue 601:
Appearance: colorless and transparent liquid (the dilute concentration can be adjusted appropriately as required)
Main ingredient: cyanoacrylate
Curing time: ≤30S (speed can be adjusted appropriately as required)
Viscosity: 80-110mpa.s
Shear strength: ≥12Mpa
Heat resistance: 80℃
Metal and plastic peel strength: 180N/㎡
Features: high viscosity, easy to control the glue surface, no yellowing, low whitening, etc.
Application: bonding of soft silicone rubber, ABS resin, metal, plastic and other materials.
Instant glue, quick-drying glue 601 usage method:
1. Degrease the metal after mechanical sandblasting or sandpaper polishing, or treat it with toluene.
2. Apply the treatment agent (primer) to the silicone rubber joint surface and leave it for 5 minutes.
3. Apply 601 glue to the surface to be bonded, and then press the bonding surface together for a few seconds.
