Special hot vulcanization adhesive for bonding unvulcanized silicone rubber and epoxy resin rods (power insulators & power fittings) during in-mold molding.

Processing Instructions of CL-24S-2D Silicone to Epoxy Adhesive
Substrate Surface Pretreatment
Sandblast or sand the bonding surface mechanically for roughening, then degrease; alternatively clean the surface with alcohol.
1. Coating Method: Brushing, dipping or spraying
2. Drying: Air-dry for at least 5 minutes at room temperature; baking is not required
3. Standing Time: Complete bonding right after coating as much as possible, preferably on the same day. If contamination and exposure to high temperature & humid air are avoided, the standing time shall not exceed 5 days.
4. Vulcanization: Primary vulcanization follows the curing parameters of silicone rubber compound; secondary vulcanization temperature shall not exceed 250°C.

Precautions for CL-24S-2D Silicone to Epoxy Adhesive
1. Store in a dry and cool place, far from heat sources and open flames.
2. The solvent is highly volatile; tightly seal the container immediately after use.
3. The working area shall be fireproof and well ventilated. Avoid prolonged inhalation and long-term skin contact.
4. Slight turbidity of the adhesive will not affect bonding performance.
