Products Description
490 is a kind of high strength instant adhesive. Which is Applied to metal,silicone rubber and all kinds of plastic material,such as ABS, PC, TPU etc.
Matched with primer (K770) can be used for silicone keypad and P+R product.
Easy to operate and the instant adhesives are characterized by high bonding strength and fast curing after pressing.
Usage
1、Cleaning the substrate surface with toluene. Or sanding the substrate surface .
2、Brushing silicone primer (K770) on the silicone surface, Drying at room temperature for 5 minutes.
3、Gluing the adhesive 490 as appropriate on the bonding surface,then pressing a few seconds.
