How to properly use silicone hot vulcanizing adhesive?

To use silicone heat-curing adhesive correctly, first ensure the working environment is clean and dust-free, and follow the manufacturer's usage guidelines.
Before use, thoroughly clean and dry the surfaces to be bonded to ensure good adhesion.
When applying the adhesive, spread it evenly across the surfaces to be bonded, avoiding excessive or insufficient application.
Then, press the two surfaces together firmly, applying appropriate pressure to expel air and excess adhesive. Finally, place the bonded parts at a suitable temperature and cure for the recommended time.
During curing, closely monitor temperature changes, ensuring the curing temperature and time remain within the recommended range.
After curing, allow the bonded parts to cool naturally to room temperature before further processing or use. Correct use of silicone heat-curing adhesive ensures the strength and durability of the bonded parts.
