Silicone tempered glass pot lids are a common sight in kitchens and dorm rooms, serving as a companion for cooking soup, heating rice, and cooking. So, how do you bond the silicone handle to the tempered glass? Will it suddenly come undone and burn your hands?
I can assure you, that worry is completely unnecessary. We use CL-24C-3T high-temperature silicone glass adhesive, and the bonding process is simple and easy in five steps, ensuring a strong, peel-free bond!
① Clean the glass surface with alcohol; ② Apply adhesive to the glass to be bonded; ③ Allow the coated tempered glass to dry at room temperature for at least 30 minutes; ④ Place in a mold and heat to 180°C for hot vulcanization and compression molding; ⑤ Perform a secondary vulcanization step to remove impurities.
This is how the silicone tempered glass handle is bonded to the tempered glass. There are many different types of adhesives available, each with its own unique bonding methods.
The tempered glass lid with silicone edging is very practical and also highlights the characteristics of beauty and elegance. It can be used for various soup pots, Chinese pots, steamers, frying pans, frying pans, non-stick pans, iron pots and slow cookers, rice cookers, induction cooker soup/Chinese pots, other pots, pans, enamel and other cookware.
