1. Cold Bonding (Room Temperature Curing)
Applicable Applications: Small-area bonding, manual operations, and cost-sensitive production (e.g., small batches of silicone products, toys, and seals).
Core Material:406 instant glue (instant glue)
2. Hot Bonding (High-Temperature Curing)
Applicable Applications: Large-area bonding, automated production, and high-efficiency requirements (e.g., sealing strips, seals, and medical silicone products).
Core Material:
KL-301AB Food-Grade Silicone Glue
Food-Grade Silicone Glue
Product Model: KL-301AB
Kanglibang's KL-301 series is a food-grade glue specifically designed for bonding silicone. This glue is FDA and LFGB certified for food safety.
Suitable for hot-vulcanization bonding of food-grade silicone tubing, hoses, and sheet materials.
3.High-Temperature Vulcanized Silicone Rubber Adhesive (AB Two-Component)
Clean the silicone surface.
Mix the AB adhesive and apply to the bonding surface.
Use hot bonding equipment (e.g., a copper film heater) and press for a few seconds until cured.
Features: No pre-treatment required. After mixing in a 1:1 ratio, the adhesive cures quickly in 10 seconds at temperatures between 180°C and 250°C. The bond is soft and flexible, with excellent temperature resistance (-60°C to 200°C) and strong waterproof sealing.
