There are several types of silicone glue for PP, such as room temperature bonding and high temperature hot vulcanization. For room temperature bonding, there are KN-300 series slow-drying glue and instant glue. The glue commonly used for bonding PP and silicone at high temperature is CL-26AB-1. CL-26AB-1 is a two-component AB glue. It can be adjusted according to a certain proportion to produce specific effects such as characteristic bonding force. It needs to be communicated with engineers. This product is specially used for silicone and PP to be vulcanized and molded in a mold at high temperature. The glue for bonding PP and silicone at high temperature is certainly easy to use, but the editor would like to remind all bosses that when bonding: 1. The PP material must be corona treated, otherwise the bonding effect may not be good. 2. The vulcanization temperature is recommended to be controlled at around 130℃.
