CL-24 is widely used for hot-vulcanizing molds between unmolded silicone rubber and metals (e.g., silicone to iron, silicone to carbon steel, silicone to stainless steel, silicone to aluminum, silicone to copper, silicone to nickel, etc.) and other hard metal materials in molds.

CL-24 Silicone Adhesive Process:
1. Surface Treatment: Sandblast or sandpaper the metal, then degrease it, or treat it with toluene.
2. Application: Apply CL-24 to metal or other hard surfaces by brushing, dipping, or spraying.
3. Drying: Dry at room temperature for at least 5 minutes; baking is not required.
4. Storage: Bonding should be completed as soon as possible after application, preferably on the same day. Storage may not exceed 5 days to avoid contamination and exposure to high temperatures and humidity.
5. Curing: The first-stage curing process depends on the curing conditions of the adhesive. The second-stage curing process should not exceed 200°C.
CL-24 Silicone Iron Bonding Adhesive Precautions:
1. Store in a dry, cool place away from heat and open flames.
2. The solvent is volatile; please tightly close the container after use.
3. Solvent vapors are harmful. Ensure a fire-proof and well-ventilated workplace to prevent prolonged inhalation and skin contact.
4. Slight cloudiness does not affect the effectiveness of the adhesive.
