First of all: confirm whether the surface of silicone and plastic to be bonded is clean;

Secondly: a small amount of glue 601 or 490 on the silicone or plastic surface to be bonded;

Finally: press them together for a few seconds.

Note: silicone primer cl-16-3 primer must be placed on the silicon surface for 5-10 minutes after use;

After 1~4 hours on the glue can be;

This process is applicable to the process with small adhesive area between silicone rubber and noonday, and the adhesive effect can reach the destructive effect of silicone rubber or plastic when silicone rubber is torn and pulled, without whitening or hardening.

Process 2: forming silicone adhesive plastic slow adhesive type

First: make sure the silicone and plastic surfaces to be bonded are clean (clean with toluene or alcohol if not clean);

Secondly: a small amount of glue kn-300a or kn-300c on the surface point of silicone or plastic to be bonded;

Finally: fix the silicone and plastic together or press and place for 10-12 hours.

Note: with glue kn-300a or kn-300c, it must be fixed after sticking, because the bonding speed is relatively slow, in order to prevent product displacement, it must be fixed for at least 1 hour, and then placed for 10-12 hours;

This process is applicable to the larger area bonding process of silicone rubber and plastic. The bonding effect is to achieve the destructive effect of silicone rubber or plastic when the silicone rubber is torn and pulled.
