What glues can bond ABS with silicone rubber ?
In the production process, ABS plastic and silicne rubber are used more and more common in the same product. ABS is a hard plastic, and silicone rubber is an inert surface elastomer.
How to bond these two materials together with waterproofed effect has become a bonding problem.
Today we recommend you a glue, it has many features, suce as :
high bonding strength, easy operation, environmental friednly and non-toxic, waterproofed
It's called KN-300 series
The bonding steps are as follow :
1 Clean the bonding materials surface , degrease the metal surface and use ethanol to clean the plastic .
2 Gluing: the thickness of the glue layer is less than or equal to 1mm.
3 Pressure: Positioning is not less than half an hour, and the effect is best after 24 hours at room temperature.
