Combination of quick-drying adhesive and silica gel primer:
1. Firstly, clean the surface of silicone and metal plastic to be bonded;
2. Evenly brush the silicone treatment agent K770 on the silicone surface to be bonded (playing the role of activating the silicone surface), and let it cool at room temperature for 3-5 minutes (in rainy weather, the time should be extended; glue must be added within 2 hours after cooling, otherwise the treatment agent can only be coated again);
3, a small amount of glue 460 glue on the surface of silica gel or plastic even point, and put the silica gel and plastic press together for a few seconds.
Application method of slow-drying silicone metal glue: kn-300
1. Clean the surface of silicone rubber and metal plastic to be bonded with alcohol
2. Apply adhesive and control the thickness of the adhesive layer 3mm
3. No less than 2 hours of pressure, the best effect will be achieved after 24 hours at room temperature.
