How to make silicone LOGO on fabrics?
Silicone LOGO, is made from silicone rubber which could form strong solid on the surface of textiles through molding process, silicone LOGO is the ideal replacement for traditional PVC materials on the clothing industries. The thing is, How to make the traditional silicone LOGO? What kind of silicone adhesive suitable for silicone sticking to fabrics？
Traditional Method
1、To choose a appropriate TPU material and get it cleaned up.
2、Brush or print silicone primer CL-26AB-1 on the TPU surface, heat with 90 degrees before inplacing it in the mold.
3、Join the primer-coated TPU with the addition -type lsr silicone in the mold and vulcanize together.
4、After lsr silicone overmolding together with TPU,die cutting away edges.
5、The other unvacant surface of TPU is to stick with fabrics by melting down the TPU through heat. The TPU and fabrics achieves a bond after the TPU cools down.
Improved Method One
1、Type of Silicone logos for your suggestion: Eighter choose addition- type lsr silicone or htv peroxide curing silicone.
2、Silk screen printing the KL-3636AB on the silicone rubber, leave alone for 10 minutes and join the KL-3636AB- coated silicone rubber with TPU.
3、Bake with 90°C for 10 minutes, the TPU and silicone rubber can quickly bond together.
4、Die cutting away the edges.
5、Heating and forcing together with fabrics
Advantages：More fast and labour costs and time saving.
Improved Method Two
1,Type of Silicone logos for your suggestion : Eighter choose addition- type lsr silicone or htv peroxide curing silicone.
2,Silk screen the KL-3636AB on the silicone rubber,leave alone for 10 minutes, and stick the silicone rubber together with fabrics
3、Bake with 90 degrees for 10 minutes ,the silicone rubber and fabrics are finally achieved a bond together.
Advantages:The fastest and easiest method.
