This product is used for unvulcanized silicone rubber or fluorosilica gel adhesive (such as epoxy resin, ceramics, carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, nickel, etc.), plastic (such as: polyester fiber, nylon, baked-wood, etc.) and inorganic materials (such as glass cloth), etc.

3.Cl-24c adhesive can withstand water, salt spray, chemicals, grease, solvent and other harsh environment.

Process:
1, surface treatment: the metal with mechanical sandblasting or sandpaper polishing after degreasing, or with toluene treatment.
2. Glue coating: apply cl-26c on the surface of metal or other hard materials by brush or dip.
3. Drying: dry for 15 minutes under 150℃.
4, stop: glue as soon as possible after the glue, the best day to complete.If avoid pollution and contact with high temperature and humidity air, it can be parked for no more than 3 days.
5, sulfurization: a section of vulcanization depends on the vulcanization conditions of the rubber, the second section of vulcanization should not exceed 200℃.
