Liquid silica gel and iron are formed together in the mold. Before this process, the mold should be plated with a layer of electroplating, such as ferrofluoron plating, chrome plating, etc.

First: wash.
Iron or metal surface is very easy to have oil stains or dust, should be used first chemical solvent, alcohol is recommended to use, alcohol decontamination ability is stronger.
Second: glue.
Mix cl-26ab-24 in the proportion of A:B= 1:1 and stir well.
Then apply the cl-26ab-24 evenly to the surface of the iron using spray, silk screen, brush or soak.
Again: dry.
Apply the iron of cl-26ab-24 and bake at 100-130° for 15-20 minutes.
Finally: molding.
The unvulcanized silica gel is bonded to iron by high temperature die-casting or hot air vulcanization.
