The requirements of different processes or products are summarized as follows

1, technology: silicone molding to room temperature bonding;

2. The silicone gel is required to stick (pull constantly).

A: method for rapid bonding

First, clean silica gel surface oil, dirt, etc.

Secondly, evenly brush the treating agent cl-16 on the interface of two silica gels to be bonded, and leave it for 5 minutes.

 

Finally, glue 460 or 603 on the silica gel side evenly, and then fit the two together.

Note: this process is suitable for small area bonding, after bonding, the product is not waterproof, not resistant to high and low temperature, easy to hard, brittle.

B: slow adhesive

First, clean silica gel surface oil, dirt, etc.

Secondly, evenly glue kn-300x or kn-300n on the interface of two silica gels to be bonded, and fix or press the two together for 8~12 hours.

Note: after the bonding process, the product is waterproof, temperature resistant from -60 °C to 280°C above zero, acid and alkali resistant, no hardening, no brittle, and keep the original characteristics of silica gel.

C: method of rapid bonding, using silicone hot vulcanization bonding:

First, clean silica gel surface oil, dirt, etc.

Secondly, evenly apply glue kl-301ab (A:B=1:1) on the interface of silica gel to be bonded, and finally put it into the mold for high temperature pressure and heating.

Note: this product is suitable for unformed silica gel to silica gel or formed silica gel to silica gel. The product can be waterproof with temperature resistance from -60 °C to 280°C above zero. It is resistant to acid and alkali.
